 Re.: Seema & Bob’s 40 Birthday Bash at The Cobden Club. We both wanted to drop you a quick line to say a big THANKS for putting on an absolute marvellous show at our fancy dress birthday bash on the 14 November. The Cobden Club was an ideal setting for having you and your band play in. You guys did an amazing job of keeping our guests entertained, and you made them feel relaxed, welcome and able to get into the mood and the swing of things.  We also want to thank you and your team for being extremely professional throughout our dealings with you, from helping with song selection, to arriving at the venue well before party start time to be able to have a sound check, and to joining the guests after your sets to simply mingle amongst us all. Overall, a splendid job, and a massive well done to you all! We will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who asks for such, we will be happy to have you perform for us again ( maybe at our 50 birthdays?! ), and would love to see you do well for the future. All the best and warm, warm regards to you all!"

  We honestly thought your style and quality really suited the place (as we knew you would!). Can I say again, how grateful we are for your music that day. Everyone was commenting on how brilliantly everyone performed and the reception string duet went down really well - so special thanks to the impromptu bassist and guitar and also to you for pulling them together at short notice.  And finally big big thanks to you - you had put a lovely song list together for us and we all enjoyed hearing the combination of different musical styles you put together to suit all ages present.By the way, I also meant to tell you that the acoustics were far better than I expected they would be - and worked really well.   Anyway - it was still a lovely evening and much of it was down to your musical input from you and your musicians.We will certainly look out for you in The Weir and anywhere else you'll be performing in the future. Just a short note to express my thanks to you all for making last Saturday evening so special.   AMAZING - THANK YOU VERY MUCH!   I was very clear about wanting to hire the Kate de Freitas band in making the difference to my surprise party held for husband Henry, and may I say you by far exceeded what I had hoped for and was greatly appreciated!!!   Added to that there were many compliments from the guests attending as well as staff - I will forward your full contact details to the Events & Catering manager for future possibilities at the club.
